My husband has a court case coming up on the 18th. His ex is suing him for unpaid child support. However, he is completely paid up through the county attorney's office which handles the case. She is also trying to have his visitation reduced and force him to pay for daycare (which is not neccessary) and her private school. Also, she wants to have his child support increased and is claiming she never received two large child support payments from him from two years ago EVEN THOUGH we gave her, her lawyer, and the county attorney's office copies of the money orders with her signature on the back. Under Rule 11, parties can sue for lawyers fees if the other parties' suit is deemed frivolous. Is this a viable option?

ad homen-argument against person, not what he is saying.

why is it, when someone proposes an argument, so many people find it sufficient to say 'you idiot, your wrong' etc without looking and refuting the actual argument? and also without even providing reasons for saying so.

It's a truism, that elections are not won, but bought. It seems unfair, that good candidates are overlooked because they don't have as much money. Wouldn't it therefore be much more fair and democaratic, if a cap was implemented on how much a party or a candidate can spend on election campaign?.

Definitions of political partys are defined by religious groups. Most like the idea of separtaion of religion and politics, but we still allow religion in the pulpit of politics. Without the antics of religious groups in America pro and con for partys would religion become boring and politics back to business without religious rehtoric?
