Why do you ask that question? What makes you think Missouri or Vermont will be any different? I don't know about Vermont, but Missouri is a lot like Arkansas (where I live), if you are an adult and rape a child. You had better hope you get sent to jail. Because you could get seriously dead if it becomes public knowledge if you aren't in jail. We tolerate a lot of things down here (even most Yankees) but child rapists aren't one of them.

It is possible,I track the person who sexually abused me for years on the Sex offender Registry and i seen he recently moved to Springfield MO ,but i was not aware there was a safe haven there.

i live in a #1 county in California, for pedophiles. the more protests given, 2x more is sent here. when it comes to these sick people, i wonder if cruel and unseal punishment should be brought back.........then death.
