O'Reilly is a performer. He presents issues out of context. I don't watch him, so what do I know about his rant over judges who give child-rapists probation.
I have just Googled "child rapist probation" and found these, among others: http://www.theconservativevoice.com/articles/article.html?id=13097
http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4155/is_20060321/ai_n16151472
In The Chicago Sun Times O'Reilly said (last March): "This kind of sentencing insanity is increasing across the country because many states, like Ohio, have no mandatory minimum prison terms for child predators and, as we all know, there is no shortage of loony judges like Connor."
In my country, child rapists are not given probation. Perhaps the USA is too large: with 300 million people, and assuming that 10% of the population is non compos mentis, there are too many crazies hanging about.

Because Bill talks about the facts and sometimes people don't like the facts or take it the wrong way. I watch his show all the time and yeah sometimes he may come across as really strong willed and intimidative but he is only just digging for the truth and facts. I think most of his points are awesome then sometimes I don't agree but that doesnt' make me hate him or not watch his show, it makes me want to watch the show all the more. I especially love to see the emails he gets. He holds himself very well when he is attacked by words by people. I agree with these stupid judges who let these child rapists do very little time and gt out only to harm another innocent child and take their innocence away from them. Bill is right when he says these rapists shouldnt' be allowed to walk the streets to do it over and over again. I'm afraid if these judges continue to do this; parents of children who have been abused this way will take matters into their own hands and cause more trouble. No rapists I feel should be allowed to go free and walk the streets. It's wrong.

With all due respect, your question cites a specific exposé, but does not explore the multitude of reasons why Bill O. is disliked by so many people. Granted, many of the topics he covers and issues he exposes are newsworthy, providing a service to his viewers. However, he is without a doubt a staunch right-winger, and his goal is to promote the Conservative viewpoint--right or wrong. Fox News claims to be "Fair & Balanced", but The O'Reilly Factor is anything but balanced.

As known, you liberals/democrats took one sentence out of a paragraph out of content!! Did you even watch your hyperlink?? Nepolitano change into requested if he with the help of 911 change right into a assertion of conflict!! it truly is were O'Reilly stated he did not care about thee structure. that signifies that what ever the structure says about affirming conflict, we did not declare conflict, so the structure does no longer practice right here!!! The muslims referred to as for, deliberate and performed the attacks on 911!! they're those that declared conflict!! also in case you'll save in thoughts, congress took a vote on if we would want to bypass to conflict (structure at artwork right here) and a large style of democrats which include obama and clinton voted for going to conflict with jihad, al queda who ever change into to blame for the attacks!! humorous ending to it truly is the terrorist are prepared to take duty for themselves and liberals/democrats are not from now on!!!

Because Democrats do Not want to send killers,
rapists, and child-molesters to prison.
They want to force them to take: "Sensitivity Classes".
And these judges that O'Reilly goes after were all appointed by Carter & Clinton.

The truth is always hard to swallow for people, so they don't like those that speak it. Bill is a jerk...plain and simple, but thats part of his job. The left don't like to have their feelings hurt so they don't like him. Hell, even some of the right don't like him because he hurt their feelings.
Bottom line, he does what is necessary to put it all out on the table and people don't like it when their dirty laundry is exposed.

His work in this area doesn't make up for his lying and general ignorance in other areas. Maybe he he just stick to the one thing he can do well in.

Because he comes across as an egotistical ****** who automatically does not like anyone who disagrees with him. He's rude and disrespectful to those guests he diagrees with...i.e. talking over them and not giving them a chance to speak their views.
