This crap gets worse and worse. Even our puppet in Iraq is fed up with Bush after the leak saying he is unable or too stupid to be Prime Minister. Bush and this war... the most monumental blunder in foreign policy EVER. The man and his adminstration will go down in history as the worst ever. Thank God the Democrats run the congress now - maybe they can sort this idiot out.

I don't blame Maliki for being a no-show. He was doing damage control today. Al Sadr threatened to walk out of Parliament, and did. The meeting was to take place where many Iraqi refugees have relocated to since the violence escalated in Iraq. This meeting is angering many factions. There was widespread rioting upon Bush's arrival in Amman. I hope the area is secure. Or those refugees may face more of the violence they tried to avoid in Iraq. It was a superfluous move on Bush's part. The meeting won't solve anything. Bush is so uneffective, and he must know that. For the last 6 years, he has been on the defensive. Making excuses for his failures instead of getting some real work done in the White House. I see this pattern continuing for his next two years, so he doesn't need to deal with his impotence. He doesn't want to face the fact that he has to deal with a new congress.
Something is up. He could be making himself scarce so he doesn't have to face we the people and finally tell us the truth, or that he possibly could face charges for war crimes. He's just spinning his wheels to make it appear that he's trying to get something done, and make changes in his war strategy.

The more appropriate question may be: How impotent is the Prime Minister of Iraq? The guy is a bit too invisible. Political posturing is for drama queens, it is time that country found itself a leader.

AMAZING...instead of assuming the little dictator from Iraq is being impertinent and disrespectful...you call Bush impotent!

No matter what you may think of Bush ...He still is the president of the US and as such is the leader of the greatest nation in the free world.

As my father once told me...you don't have to like the man... you still have to respect the position of authority given to him. This works for any relationship in life... but alas I think it is a lesson largely lost on the current generation growing up.

I know you will probably report me for my opinion though we have the right to 'free speech' in our nation, so here goes;
The reason President Bush is so as you call him 'impotent' is because our people don't stick together as a Union like they used to!
Democrats hate him just because he won the election!

How rude and ill bred is the prime minister of Iraq?
If it wasn't for GWB, he would just be another boot licker in Saddam's army. And now he is pandering to another would be dictator by biting the hand that helped him to gain power.
And when we pull out of Iraq, he is gonna be a dead prime minister, 'cause he won't last 2 seconds by himself.

It's time everyone faces the obvious.
Nobody respects Dubyah.
And now that the mid-term elections are over, nobody has to make it appear like they do respect him.
He is going to have a VERY difficult two years.

Guaranteed... NOTHING will come of it because it was just explained that Maliki doesn't have the authority to implement ANYTHING the moron Bush proposes.
Bush is going to watch some sort of entertainment and, while our soldiers die, come back a diminished head of state.
OUR state.
This idiot MUST be IMPEACHED!
