You know, one of the hardest parts of my job is to connect Iraq to the war on terror." --George W. Bush, interview with CBS News' Katie Couric, Sept. 6, 2006

He cannot connect the two because the connection he made to justify going into Iraq was a lie in the first place!

Yep. Sound "stuck in" retardation.

I have been told that the "peaceful and tolerant" religion of Islam has been hyjacked by the radicals and misinterpreted to fit their agendas.
I wonder, however, why the aledged, vast majority of Muslims do not condemn, at least publically, the actions of these terrorists.
In my opinion, this implies, however minor, an underlying support or at best, sympathy by the Muslims for the terrorists' tactics and agenda.

I have also been told that the Democratic Party has been hyjacked by the likes of Michael Moore and the Hollywood elitists, Air America and the like - and, likewise, I look for the condemnation from the vast majority of true Democrats.

Has the Democratic Party truly been hyjacked - or are we seeing their true colors?

So why do so many still think lone terrorists breached US security?? Mind you, people in prop planes have been intercepted by US jets in a matter of seconds in certain areas of the country....yet we can't oversee three that didn't answer their calls for thirty minutes before running into buildings? WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

The amendment aims to protect egg havesting. Well, I can tell you from experience that it is a long and painful procedure, and it is risky, and sometimes deadly.

So who are the likely candidates when money is put as a lure for those thousands and thousands of eggs that will be needed for the research? Why low-income minority women, most of which are black in Missouri.

But of course, Michael J Fox does not tell you this in his shake Ad.

I am looking for opinions from others for my criminal justice class:

If you were an investigator writing a report on a suspect whom you believe to be guilty but for whom the evidence is too weak to go to trial, would you exaggerate or add to the facts in your report? Why or why not?

said that he would like the American troops to stay in Iraq for at least 3 more years until Iraq can gather and support a real military. He also accused the media of focusing only on the negative aspects of what is going on and portraying everything in a negative manner when a lot of good is being done. My question is to liberals...

I know you do not support this war or the troops, but dont you think the Iraqi president would know best what his country needs? Now dont get me wrong, I really dont give a crap about Iraq or what it needs, im more into finding and destroying terrorists, terrorist harboring countries, and terrorist hideous (which we have been doing). But its you all who the Iraq President is referring to when he says that ppl are portraying this war so negatively to make it look like nothing good is coming out of it, so do you claim he is a liar as well?????

That's the real difference between the money taken in, in taxes, and the money that the Federal Government spent.

Did you know that closing that gap in Federal finances would require an income tax hike of more than $8,000 for a family of four, or the CLOSING DOWN of most of the Executive Branch?

With the Democrats moving to the liberal agenda and the Republicans moving further and further to the right wing, that leaves a yawning gap in the centre. A new centrist party could attract right wing Dems like Lieberman, and left leaning Republicans such as Guliani. On the whole it would be good for USA democracy. What do you think?

You may have heard about the law passed in Hazleton, PA that levies large fines on businesses that hire illegal immigrants and landlords who rent to illegal immigrants.

Mayor Lou Barletta and the city council passed this law, but lawyers for the ACLU have suspended the enforcement of this law pending a case to see if it is constitutional.

What do you think? Is the Hazleton law that punishes Americans who illegally hire and rent property to illegal aliens legal, or is it unconstitutional? Give reasons for your answer.
