Me and my bro have been arguin this question so I'll try askin here. I'm im miramar florida and I was wonderin if the photo radar guns they have in the streets are allowed to issue tickets.

Yes. If you blow thru a stop light it takes a pic of you and the license plate. Then you get a ticket in the mail with a copy of the pics.
