Basically, I am 25 years old, the crime was a misdemeanor and I only had to pay fine. The crime occurred in 2000

Nightman1 has the right concept, but:

You need to go to the Court where the crime was prosecuted.
The petition (or motion) may vary from place to place.
The fee will vary from place to place.
The time required for it to happen will vary.
And, just because you ask does not GUARANTEE they will do it.

go to the court house file out a petition and order for expungement cost $60.00 dollars its take two week to a month what it will show that your case and ples/ verdict pr finding of guilt in the above entitled action be aside and vacated and a plea of not guitity be entered and that the complaint be and hereby dismissed good luck the joker
