.Because he has not earned his position it was bought by the hard work of others.
He needed no ability just loads of cash this is where western style democracy fails you need lots of cash to be democratic.
Also the man in his earpiece sometimes has to go to the toilet and leaves him on his own for a couple of minutes then you see the real broth head!
