Can he do this where i have the title and the vehicle?
He did not sign the title because he was in a rush to get out of town for business.

It is all in the details, title not signed over to you, then it is still his legally.

He can because of the fact that he never signed the title. Technically all he has to do is take the spare key and pick up the car. He's still the actual owner of the car. He can easily get a copy of the title from Motor Vehicles.

If you want to get even, park the car on the street when the sweeper comes by or get it towed. It's pretty messed up but he's being an indian giver so does it matter.

If he didn't sign the title, you're gonna have to give it back. Just having the title in your possession does not make it yours. Sorry.

You have one fantastic uncle. Sorry to hear that! Yea it is his legally. I wonder if he did something illegal in it and you were sitting on a murder weapon. I would evaluate your relationship with this guy.
