My husband had a one year affair, That I just found out about. I have since said no more- you gambled with my life and lost. Having unprotected sex repeatedly and then comming home for more- I considder this a blatent disregaurd for my health- I have called her to find out what I need to get checked for,but she wont answer my calls-
Is this attempted murder, since sexual diseases KILL?

I know this two people that were just going out, she happened to get pregnet and he signed the birth certificate. The fact that he signed the birth certificate and filled out a form "that he is aware that he is the father" does this make them Common- Law Married? even though they never signed anything saying they wanted to be common- law married? if they separate would they have to get a divorce or is it just dissolved?

He has only sent a portion of the troops he promised, and he has yet to begin building the fence......I'd be angry, but I never believed him to begin with. It was just another "carrot" to dangle in front of the hopeful American.

Europeans might not admit this but the world does need a superpower to keep everything in check. The US is the most important country in the world cause we keep the balance in this crazy world. If we lost our dominance hell would break out and you europeans would be crying. You Europeans would be invaded by rad islam and maybe china. Europe would probably be communist again.

Should there be fines and legal penalties for knowingly aiding and abetting illegal aliens attempting to circumnavigate immigration and employment laws, and other relevant aspects of state and federal law? We, as citizens, are expected to abide by, and live within the law, how are illegal aliens from ANYWHERE somehow magically exempt from this? Is there a disconnect in our own government somehow as to what 'legal' means, are we back to defining 'is'?

I tried to start my own buisness, in america. I know it is because i'm a hispanic and I was born in Mexico. I payed for the proper papers after I cam to america . I know this is a racial issue because my buisness was going to be a time honored buisness that mexico has done for years but never was brought to the america. There is a friend of mine who was told that she could transferer to a different store. Today b/c of a manger telling the D.M. nothing but hearsay they were denyed being transfered. The other store manager was told that if they hire her back that they would lose their job aswell. Does an employeer have this right to pass judgement without the facts or a third party imput?

Here we go again another crisis involving 25,000 American citezens and george bush sat around and waited for his advisors to do something. Instead of doing what he proudly says in his scripted remarks " Protecting the American citizens from terrorists" he did nothing just like the Katrina disaster. We are the biggest and baddest super power on earth and we let countries like France and Italy get their people out first. Is this a lack of careing or just total incompetency? I know they have been warned aboutt going there but who cares, THEY ARE STILL AMERICAN CITEZENS that george bush vowed to protect. Lets hope that there are no real disasters for this man to have to take care of or we will be in real trouble.
