my granson was stopped larst night by one policeman and bretherlized, he was just over the limit, he was taken to p/station and locked in a cell over night .No blood test was taken and no urine test taken he was relest this morrning and he will be in court on friday, my question is was the propper proceder taken by this one police counstable. can any legale eagle comment on this problem please

What would you do?

If you were accused of a crime that you did not commit, but you did not have a good alibi.

The prosecutor offers you probation, and tells you that if you take it to trial and lose, you will go to prison for 10 years.

Would you plead guilty and take the probabtion to get out of jail, but have a felony on your record, or would you take it to trial to clear your name and risk going to prison if you lose?

Could it be?? Its the Jews??

After reading answers to some question on here concerning the Jews having prior knowledge of 911. Could It be that Isreal knew about and perhaps even planned the attacks on sept 11th?? Could It be possible that some of those extremeist Jews have infiltrated the CIA and NSA and have enoujgh key people in sensitive positions to manipulate US policy in the middle east?? I know this sound pretty far fecthed but theres a quote from one of the answers that stated that Israel is in control of the US and not to worry about the US poisition on these Issues.!!!?? Will some one who knows please explain to me what the hell is going on?? I'm really curious no hostile conspiracy related condeming answers please.

Is there any way to get out from Russia without entering in army?

I have a friend from Russia I met him in chat room too much deppressed. He cannot go outside their house and roam around. He cannot go out their country because their government dont give him a passport unless he finished his schooling as soldier. All male Russian if they reach the age of 21, it is mandatory to surrender and it is must to enroll and schooling to become a soldier. But he is hiding because he is afraid because most of his freinds already crippled because of the cruelty of the officer. He wants to surrender now but the problem he will not take him in school but they will take him jail because he did not surrender when he was 21 years old.The worst thing is that he does not have also parents today they died since he was at young age so its really hard for him. Nobody to take care also of his old Grandmother. Are there any way to be exempted? Please help.

Treasury Securities, National Debt and the Federal Reserve?

If you search the internet these days, you hear a lot about our national debt and how the Federal Reserve is ripping off the American public. Most of these articles say that when the US government needs to borrow money, it goes to the Federal Reserve who prints money out of thin air (or uses accounting tricks) and lends it the US government at interest. I thought the US debt was created thru the sale of treasury securities in an open market. Are these people just trying to spread disinformation, or does the Fed really do this in some form or another? ex. Issuing treasury securities that are transferred to a member bank at no cost.

Why should law-breakers be equal?

Think about it. Lawbreakers know that they are doing wrong and must be punished. They get a home with utilities paid and have so many luxeries that many of us taxpayers do not have. Theses people broke the law, some murdered, kidnapped, raped, and tourchered innocent fathers, mothers, grandmas, and innocent children and babies. They sold drugs to our children, broke into our homes and made us feel so violated, and broke the law in so many other ways. Why should these people be treated as equals in our society?

Can you explain why 2564 American soldiers died and 19000 wounded in Iraq?

Can someone explain to the families of those soldiers? Please don't say something stupid like "its for democracy". Putin and the whole world laughed at Bush when he said that during G8 (literally laughed).

On average 4 to 5 soldiers will die on a daily basis. This is the price of what exactly?
