To be more exact: What are the penalties for Possession for sale of a controlled substance 11379a and for Sale of a controlled substance 11366? The person was found guilty by the court, not a jury, after a no contest plea. This is in California. (Info from other states is OK, they may be similar.)

If someone has overstayed their visa to the UK, but wants to fix the situation and get married to someone in the UK, what can they do? Are they totally out of luck because they didn't do it correctly in the first place? It wouldn't be a marriage of convenience because they have known each other for years.

I don't have any medical insurance and don't qualify for their NHS. Do I just fork over some money and hope someone will help me? I have lost a tooth and I'm pretty panicked. I don't even know how to categorize this question correctly.

So, how's it going?

I'm just a bit irritated that US citizens always tend to post questions that assume that everyone else is also American, when this is a world wide site.

Did you have a nice day?

I do not condone terrorism but the fact remains that the state Israel didn't exist before WWII. I don't give a toss about the Promised Land and all that because I'm sure Jesus also said love thy neighbour and remember the story of the good Samaritan.

Why slowly take more and more from the people who were there when the Jews started arriving in droves in the 1930s and big time after WWII given the persecution and murder that Jews have suffered at the hands of the Nazis? Why would people such as the settlers treat Palestinians in such a way by telling them to get the f**k out when (although with graver consequences) the Nazis did the same to them?

I'm not criticising just trying to understand the division on this issue between most Europeans and the US.

Isnt it true that the more vehicles out on the road, no matter how efficient the new models are, it mean more consumption over all? What about the 250 million auto's already in driveways? Shouldn't someone be offering better parts to increase fuel economy in them? I think that the vehicle's on the road right now consume 99% of gas, and the future models will just add, and not take away from that amount.
