I believe he is a good man, but he did not get the easiest presidential term to deal with. How do you think Clinton would've acted if there was a terrorist act on America during his presidency? I think that the war was necessary. If someone bombs your country, bomb them back, let them know you will not tolerate that. If you don't, they will probably do it again. Also, many people are saying that we should end the war now, and have the troops come back home, but if we left now, we would leave the people over there very vulnerable and open to attacks from other countries. What do you think?? Let me know....

Dear President Bush:
I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.
I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.

3. All government forms need to be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.

9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.

13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely. However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail hunting with your V.P.
Thank you so much for your kind help.

The Jessica law initiative places life time ankle bracelets on ALL sex offenders, not just children offenses. It also requires ALL sex offenders to live 2000 feet from a school or park. This will cost approx. 200 million a year. Also, the Department of Justice states that 90% of child sex offenses occur in the homes of families and friends. Is it really worth spending this kind of money on a law which will have little affect on the victimization of children. Wouldn't it be better to put money in educating children and people in general on proper sexual behavior? Remember, not everyone has the benefit of good parenting, and these are usually the people who get into trouble. As long as this country does nothing of the conditions that generate dysfunctional people, we will always have victims of one sort or another regardless of the severity of law or the amount of prisons we have. Law makers tried this type of punishment strategy will drug addicts in the 70s, but that didn't work at all.

Just as the question states, if one is tested positive for marijuana right before they ship then what happens to them? Both likely situations and max punishments.

We are only one country in this big world. Who does the jobs of picking crops and cleaning toilets in lets say France, or maybe England or Ireland? Do they import Mexicans to do the jobs they won't do?
P.S. Screw you if you call me a racist. I am not.
This is a valid question that I will try to bust you pro illegals saying no one else will do these jobs. Because obviously other countries are doing just fine.

It's not that people did not vote against Bush in 2000, or 2004. How much does the vote count when those votes were changed or manipulated? Bush said himself several days before the election, very smuggly I might add, that he would win the election by 3 to 4 million votes. In a country of nearly 300 million people that is a very slim margin. But if there was no cheating on his part, then how did he know he would win? ( won by cheating----3 1/2 million votes)
Does anyone remember what his platform was? No child left behind. That's a laugh.
I was born here, so I don't have to leave. The last time I knew it was still a free country, that's why we have a military to protect our freedoms.

My son was the victim of "Aggrevated Racial Harassment" when the case came to trial the council for defence introduced a statement written by our Housing Association. This stated that my son was the subject of an Anti-Social behaviour Order it also inferred we had been evicted from our home. As we were in the witness suite the first we knew about this was when the prosecutor came down to say that she thought we ought to agree to let the accused be bound over rather than go to trial- we informed the prosecutor that this was not true but having been discredited already she still advised us to accept this ruling. Not having been in court to hear exactly what was said I obtained the Official Transcript of the case. I have it in writing that the judge was led to believe these lies from a statement from the Housing Association. The HA eventually admitted writing a statment for the defence-they then claimed both the Judge and prosecutor must have mis-read the contents? Isn't this illegal?
