Where are the rest of the powerful countries? Where is the UN? With all of this crazyness going on in the world. Why is it left up to American And British troops to take care of business? In general, could someone who broke lease and left a rental house 4 months early take a roommate to court over a energy bill which is in the persons name who broke the lease?
I was unable to get the bill out of this persons name because there was a balance on the account and there were other people living there which made the payment complicated.
