We like to think we are the strongest and best in the world; it is what we were all taught growing up listening to our lying one sided new channels. In my travels outside of the United States, I have really got to see how half off what we are tricked to believe is all bull. I don't think anyone truly knows who is the strongest country in the world; maybe it is America, but with all the damage Bush has done to this country, maybe it is not. One thing that is for sure is that we are not the best at everything, and if you believe everything you here about America in America, you are very very naive.

Strongest dominating? I don't see that. From what I hear North Korea starves their ppl unless they join the army, I think thats dominating.
America can't possible be the smartest cause were always opening up our mouths at the wrong time. And we rank 20th.
Can't be the strongest cause were always spread out all over the place.
Can't be the happiest cause most are always sad or angry.

Can't think of anywhere else id like to be though.

China has the the Best ground ARMY
Russia has land to produce anything to build an army

yeah, but it depends on the standpoint from which you're referring to america as a strong country. it has the biggest military, so it can kick any country's butt.
according to most economists, america is the strongest economic country. china and india are catching up, though.

Not for much longer. George Bush has ruined our reputation as a world leader and global peacekeeper. He's also put American taxpayers TRILLIONS of dollars in debt because of an illegal, insipid "war". Our major creditor is China. It's just a matter of time before we max-out our national line of credit, and China will start to foreclose. Since America won't have the money to fund a military anymore, China will simply come in and help itself to our assets, oil, money, real estate, coal, natural gas, military hardware, weapons of mass destruction, and even our women (to be sold into sexual slavery around the world).

This could feasibly happen within a generation, thanks to the insane economic policies, 'cowboy' politics, and paranoia of the Bush administration.

The problem is that the Democrats couldn't do any better. Both parties have prostituted themselves to lobbyists, special interest groups, wealthy elitists, and big business without regard to the needs of our nation's citizenry, environment, or economy.

Like lobsters comfortably languishing in a pot of lukewarm water, we won't start screaming until the water reaches a boiling point. Then we'll scream in agony over our own apathy.

Surely Satan has reserved a special corner of Hell for all the evil, corrupt, incompetent politicians of the past fifty years who have sold this country down the drain for their own gluttonous gratification.

We will soon become a third-world nation with a two-tiered social and economic class, just as you see today in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. There will be a handful of the very, very rich, and (the rest of us), the very, very poor.

Our grandchildren and great-grandchildren won't see the kinds of freedom, safety, comfort and ecological balance between man and nature that we know today. All because OUR generation, lead by repulsive political panderers, squandered it all in the name of, "All for One, ME....." -TKO-

actually, it depends upon how you look at the world. we lead the world in a good number of factors--number of nuclear weapons, amount of trash per person, size and number of cars, and other useless categories like largest trade deficit and overzealous military.

there are other things we don't lead the world in such as number of cell phones per person (some countries have as many as 2.5 per person), number of pickles eaten, and caber tossing. It really is in how you look at it.

No, the only reason no one messes with us is because of two words, nuclear stockpiles. To be honest thanks to every democrats favorite, Clinton. Our military is depleted and hell Nevada could take us over. China's army is at least 50 times bigger than ours and could easily take us over but like i said, nuclear stockpiles.
