No. There are compromises that can be made on all of your points except #4, #6,, #8, #10, and #11.

#1 depends upon your definition of what a crime is. There are many things on the lawbooks that are listed as crimes, however, we don't enforce them, nor should they be enforced.
#2 depends upon what you believe is waste and what isn't.
#3 is heartless in the fact that not everyone is provided an equal opportunity regardless of what you hear.
#5: We need to actually produce a sufficient amount before you can say that we need to stop exporting it. We sit on a lot of our own oil, while we import others' oil.
#7: It depends upon which foreign governments you sending it to. If the government spends it properly, I see no reason why we can't give some to those that need it. It's the sending of money to despotic governments that is wrong.
#9: It depends upon your interpretation of what the Constitution allows. If you scale it back to what it directly allows, more rampant corruption and disparate income gaps will occur. Our quality of life improved to where it was (until recently) because of what you may call a "liberal" interpretation of the Constitution.
#12: While I don't agree with most P.C. issues, we must show some restraint and respect to others with differing viewpoints. The full unleashing of anti-PC would allow groups such as the KKK and Fred Phelps to have bigger stages than they do already. And I personally don't want to see them have bigger soapboxes on which to unleash their hatred.

NO!! That person would be going overboard on some things. Also, the Congress would not have the guts to change the other items. One way to start getting rid of someone like this is to vote against him or her. To many U.S. citizens do not realize how important that it is that we not only have a "right to vote" we also have a "responsibility to vote". How many people do you know that actually exercise their right to vote? A few times in a polling place that i work in during elections i have seen brand new U.S. citizens vote for the first time in an election in the U.S.

No, I wouldn't vote for that person. The person you are describing is an idealogue and is far more dangerous than what we already have.

It seems so SIMPLE when you write it all down so nice and neat but in reality you have no GD idea what the hell you are talking about.

In my state, we inacted strict term limit laws. Do you know what the result is? A state legislature than has ceased to function! Frustrating as hell to watch those inexperienced fools fall over themselves trying to figure out how to run the state. To hell with that, give me career politicians. You may not liek what gets done, but SOMETHING gets done which is far better than nothing.

In short, no, because about half the position statements are simplistic and are probably hiding some preconceived agenda. For instance, who ISN'T for protecting our citizens worldwide? But the devil is in the details... OK, so some radical jihadists kidnap some christian missionaries who had no business being in BoingBoingistan anyway, are we going to invade? this is the kind of stuff we get caught in.

Sorry, I would actually vote *against* this guy until (s)he actually got into details.

Can you name one independant that has ever been elected? Into an Office of Meaning? So many good answers, no reason to do the same. I am proud of the Americans, that told You like it is.

Absolutely, I couldn't agree with you more.
That's why I'm a libertarian.
But unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that a libertarian or independent candidate would ever make it into a significant position in our government.

some are good points, some are very bad points. my vote would depend on what other canidates i had to choose from. the sad thing about presidental elections is you usually only have 2 choices.

Be careful, as some of the things you ask for are in place for reasons that make them much more worthwhile than you realize. Yet, as ideals, I love them. Keep fighting for them.
