Why?
Two words: nuclear weapons.

Nope... we have nothing to gain by taking out Korea. It's too close to Russia and China, two allies we need to keep, and they don't have any oil or other commodity that we need.
So much for taking out Saddam because he was a sadistic dictator. Jong Il is a MUCH worse dictator than Saddam ever was and we won't even try to take him out.

the Americans only took out Saddam after dismantling him for 15 years ... belive me if they could do the same with Koreans or as a matter of fact get into any Chinese background they will be the end of an era for the Americans do ever under estimate the Chinese coz Americans only fire power but the Koreans and the Chinese fire power and has the power of looking at blood at its worst form.. so they will be eaten alive..

NO WAY We don't pick on anyone we can't whip without a problem. Anyone who says different please let's make a bet. A large bet. N Korea by the standard of the Iraq War should have been our target but a) no oil b) they could inflict some damage on us and our allies. Bush is a puss.

Not a chance, as the president himself and members of his cabinet have said on numerous occasions, they're going to deal with Korea in a different way. Which means theyre going to weigh the circumstances and deal accordingly with them.

God, I hope so. North Korea is a force to be reckoned with, most certainly...but for as long as they have been flexing their muscles at poor 'sitting duck' Japan, I think that eventually we're going to have to step in. Better to kill the lion while it's still a kit, than wait until it's old enough to eat you alive.
North Korea is still a kit...let's get in there and kill, kill, kill!!! OORAH!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad move no, it's not only N.K.s nukes but the fact that China made a statement saying that if there was any U.S. attack on Korean soil that they would ally with N.K.
