Because he is incapable of putting a coherent sentence together. But I object him being called a chimp - it's belittling to those intelligent creatures.

hmmm, i like him so i never would but i guess for 2 reasons:
1) people accuse him of not being very smart--so a monkey like intelligence
2) his ears kinda stuck out in a chimp-like-way, so when they drew political cartoons they drew him as a chimpanzee partially for looks and partially for the 1st reason.
I still like George W., no matter where his polls are at.
