Yes you can depending what country your in ,but depending what your looking for. Employers can do background checks on potential employees. There are archives in various websites from at least 3 countries USA, Canada, and United Kingdom that I saw when doing a search. There is a link for E-commerce stating businesses are looking to have documents available online. There are even "free" online documents. I laughed at that.
I personally have not gotten a copy but I would guess they are in .pdf printable format
