Your Q is uni dimensional but the answer is multidimensional in nature.Good or bad Countries are not like individuals,They are parts of whole fabric.So many bilateral issues connect them.... it is difficult to look any issue in isolation...So whether we like or not we are connected.So when one catches cold,the other has to sneeze.
