If a client tells his lawyer he didn't commit a crime and the lawyer goes out of his way to find information against the client, isn't that a violation of the client's right to proper representation or a violation of attorney/client privilege or a violation of something?

Portrayed by movies and media, America is one big greasy ball of Rap, Fast food, and expensive luxuries such as cars. Where did their good 'ol American ways go?

I'm not exactly the most patriotic person, but while living here I think it's healthy to wonder about the culture.

There is no single definition for American culture, which of course is a wide blend now-a-days anyway, but seriously.. Even Canada and England (which are countries very much like USA) have definitions of their culture.

Uncle Sam.. what happened, man?

I'm a single woman that has worked since I was 18 (ten years). I applied to go to college when I was 23 on my own income, yet I was turned down because I had to state my parent's income. (I lived alone for four years) If I would have been married or had children or on welfare, I would have gotten a free ride to college.
So, I've worked for these past ten years, paying for my health care benefits and my taxes.....why can't I get help when I need it for certain things? If I ended up with several children with different fathers, I could do that.
My family member refuses to marry her boyfriend. They have three kids. They get thousands back on federal returns, both are going to college and they have a house and free medical care, two cars. Both have low paying jobs. My married pregnant friend had to pre-pay for the birth of her child-she had medical insurance! The other pops out babies free every few years! How is it that people who work their asses off get screwed like this?

when our neighbor waters her plants, all her water and dirt comes to our balcony. I think its causing health hazard to our house, and we have kids in our house, which we believe can be harmfull to them. We told her to stop, but she does not stop. Who do we report this to? I live in los angeles.

As an election-year smokescreen, the House republicans want to outlaw online betting and poker. They cant focus on the people's business (what ever happened to election finance reform, immigration, etc.?), but to make the Christian Right feel better, they want to jail me for laying a five on the Cowboy's game. And this is the party that claims to want LESS government?

I think is just absolutely absurd that thse vigilantes are guarding the border of Mexico when no know terrorist suspect has ever been caught. However, In Iraq, literally packs of terorist willing to blow themselves up in the name of god just to kill american troops out there and there is no guarding troops in the border with Iran, and Syria. All you vigilantes "guarding" the U.S. Mexico border are just a bunch of pathetic bullies thinking you are so good because you are armed with guns, and trying to catch women and children crossing the border. Do everybody a favor and go to Iraq border. Thats ofcourse if you have the guts which we all know the awnser to that.
