As far as the gun thingie, everyone carries one down here, drunk or not.

It is not illegal to own a weapon, provided you pass a criminal records check and the waiting period.(for handguns). A person can take the concealed carry class, and after more background checks and paying a required fee, can carry a concealed weapon legally. Everyone is not allowed to just go around armed, and it is not a crime to vote Democrat, sometimes it is a good idea.

NO, that's not true. I do think there was one town that passed a law that all citizens should be armed at all times, but it's not the whole state of TX.

And making it a crime to vote democrat would be so un American there is no way it could pass, even in TX.

You didn't specifically mention what type of weapon. If is a firearm, it must covered with all pertinent legal documents, such as firearms license and permit to carry firearms outside of residence. If not, you will walk in jail.

If the 'Must Carry' law is still on the books in whichever locality passed it, it is not enforced. As for the other question, I hope you are not serious.
