obviously they both do to a point. But one has to more than the other.

The left likes feel good responses. The right tends to look at a problem or belief from a logical base. There is a place for both in our society. It all boils down to what you want to accomplish. For me, I like logic.

I think both side decide based on their beliefs. The left tends to use emotions to justify their position. The right tends to argue logically for their position.

Though both sides of the political spectrum do, I think the left side has a more bleeding heart than the right. Conservatives tend to make decisions based on facts, logic, and their values, and liberals seem to base more on feelings than fact.
