I tried to start my own buisness, in america. I know it is because i'm a hispanic and I was born in Mexico. I payed for the proper papers after I cam to america . I know this is a racial issue because my buisness was going to be a time honored buisness that mexico has done for years but never was brought to the america. I did research before I tried to start my buisness and my local goverment had no restriction on "donkey show parlors". so i know this is a race issue.

If your business is so good why don't you become a co partner with an American? Let him fill out the papers to start the business etc. Once the business is going if it does start up you have two choices to make. Do you fire the American or do you keep him on as insurance to safeguard the business? He may be an asset as an American he may be elligible to apply for grants that would allow the company to expand even further than you had ever thought possible. Instead of gripping about the system try to work around it by using it to your advantage. Good luck

I think you better do some research, America has helped many hispanics and the other cultures get started,
I think you may be a racial time bomb,, maybe not,

why do you not want to have that kind of a business in MEXICO IF IT IS OK TO DO THAT THERE,, ?

I Do believe that there might be a valid reason for your rejection.

1. If you 'payed' for papers 'after' you came to America, it sounds like you came illegally and bought forged documents.
2. Did it ever occur to you that there may not be any interest in 'Donkey show parlors' here?
3. Who won't let you start the business?

how about starting an underground donkey show parlor? Where you'd need a pass word to get in. And its all illegal but all in good fun. Id pay a peso or two for that. hey, so how many felonies would it be to aid an illegal immigrant to start an illegal donkey show parlor?

Well why don't you come to NORTH CAROLINA and start your business. There are thousands of Mexicans here in NORTH CAROLINA breaking all and every kind of laws. No body bothers them at all, in fact law enforcement seems to assist you as*holes in breaking the law. You can get all the federal food aid you want. The churches in the area give ILLEGAL Wetbacks more pantry food than local legals get. You wetbacks will have it made here in NORTH CAROLINA.
