Here we go again another crisis involving 25,000 American citezens and george bush sat around and waited for his advisors to do something. Instead of doing what he proudly says in his scripted remarks " Protecting the American citizens from terrorists" he did nothing just like the Katrina disaster. We are the biggest and baddest super power on earth and we let countries like France and Italy get their people out first. Is this a lack of careing or just total incompetency? I know they have been warned aboutt going there but who cares, THEY ARE STILL AMERICAN CITEZENS that george bush vowed to protect. Lets hope that there are no real disasters for this man to have to take care of or we will be in real trouble.

actually, no one has to blame Bush. Its just evident. There is a trend. When it came to Katrina. The countries in EUROPE dropped food, gave money, and aided AMERICAN citizens before Bush even stepped up. And to top that off, he cut federal funding and at the same time asked for another Billions dollars from congress to rebuild and continue the war in Iraq. If this is not Bush, who is it. I want his/her name and address. Id like to write a mean letter to them. Cause right now, thats really all we can do.
By the way, the promissory notes that the 25,000 Americans had to sign to be evactuated--but then after the out cry Condi Rice took it back. Who thought of that anyway?

no answer will convince you of anything so for the most part im waisting my time but its leftwing cooks like you who make the rest of us americans look bad. but let me address this whole katrina issue since you dont seem to understand, what im sure you have heard a 100 times already its not the presidents fualt there is laws on the federal level protecting the states from goverment intrutions. meaning no federal agency can comand , order or direct the military or other federal agency. into a state with out being first asked of by the leader of the state. in this case the governer seen this as a win win for democrats to drag their feet for three days before she asked for federal assistance. ( we wont even get into why for decades that state took money that was earmarked for building the flood walls up to army corp specs and had been warned this would happen, look at the level it is at today they didnt make it any higher still)
but who cares??? lol i love it its not enough that you think goverment should hold every ones hand. if your told its a hostial country and your told we will be limited on saving your life if the enevitable happens, then you turn right around and blame the president ???? another case of somone thinking they dont have to be responsible for their own actions, i mean, what else can we do make it a law?? hell thats what you guys want is a president to start that then you would cry we are not free. lol your another liberal nutcase... i hope people see you for what you really are, whaaaaaaaaa whaaaaaaaaa whaaaaaaaaa lmao lmao lmao
what no ten points for me ??? wait you didnt make it this far did you ??

Ok, this one is a little over the top. I can see blame for alot of things because of the dunderhead in the Whitehouse but really, you can't hold this against him. The logistics alone are enough to cause this delay if you want to call it that.
In MY opinion, those 25000 people should be on their own. They KNEW what part of the world they were going to when the went there. Let them bail themselves out. Talk about ENTITLEMENTS, every time some fool puts his dumbass in the wrong place at the wrong time WE THE PEOPLE should pay for bailing them out. I don't think so. Let 'em sit.

Are you aware that many of those 25,000 have duel citizenship? Is that so in case something happens, we should protect them? Appearance is not always the reality, either. How do you know what's going on to accomplish this? You just think he screwed up because that's what you want to believe.
