i really want a mate for my turtle he seems very lonly

Okay, i was sleeping and i wake up to the wieght of a 100 pound doberman with feet like hammers (hence his name, 'hammer') slamming on my face, to jump off the bed, and he ran to my T.V in my room and my t.v is nxt to my closet to i couldnt see the front of it, and i saw what looked like a rat, or blob, and my dobe was barking at it so loud, he started to foam at the mouth, and all the hair on his back was up, And then all of a sudden it moved a little, so he bit it, but then i guess it moved some more and it freaked him out, and he ran to me and started to bark even louder and more agressive, well my mom came into my room and turned my light on, bc i was not moving. and she looked at the T.v and nothin was there. Wel i was offically fraked out an i wasent going to sleep. so after a while i leftmy room and when i came back, i shut my closet door to watch t.v, well stuck between it in the middle, i saw the big *** tail sticking through it caught. I screamed bloody murder. (look at edit)

We where giving our Speedy a nightly Soaking and i thought my husband took him out and he thought i did. So poory speedy got left in the tupperware tub for 2 hrs by then the water turned cold. Will this effect or hurt him? thanks

I have had my baby Bearded Dragon(Moe) for 4 days now and he did the funniest thing today, I was on my laptop talking to you fine people and Moe was sitting on the laptop(he loves in there I don't know why) and all of a sudden he runs over and starts trying to eat the green light on the power button. So I tried giving him some greens he ate 1 then went back to the light. Then he saw the mouse on the screen and chased that. He loves the laptop. I don't know why he did it I offered him crickets but he wasn't hungry he just likes chasing it. Does anyone else have a bearded dragon that does weird things like this?

bought him five days ago, have 85 degree heat,in 20 gallon fish tank i have him in. uv light,heat light.put small pieces of vegatables cut up for him with water tray.but he want eat.I have put food in its mouth and it will gladly swollow it.I will get it wet sometimes.what else should I do to get it to eat,it has finnaly pooped.a few times.am I making to much noise for it.maybe.do I frighten it?It stays in the same position all the time.

Should you feed leopard geckos? I give mine 2 superworms every second day, thats wht i was told to do, but it doesnt seem rite, i feel bad not feeding him every day, but somone told me that he will get too fat if i feed him anymore.

I just brought a blue tongue skink and i'm not 100% sure on how to prepare the food....I gave him diced up carrots and veggie..but he's not eating...what am i doing wrong?

Our tadpole from Planet Frog has grown into a leopard frog. The water gets stagnant so I put him into the aquarium with lily pads to sit on. But he seemed to stay in the deeper water near the plants and was looking a little listless so I put him back into the Planet Frog.

Can these frogs live in an aquarium if they have lily pads or do they need a definite shallow shoreline?

I'm looking at one of the prettiest snakes i have ever seen in my life and i am thinking about buying it.Its a Surinam(excuse my spelling)-a Female Red Tail Boa.I have never seen a boa like this one.She has a great temper and is a wonderful eater.She is 4.5 feet long.My friend is selling him at his pet store.He wants 200 hundred but i may be able to get her for 180-should i do it?I have an extra tank and all lights and etc.. If i get her what would be a good name?

I hand feed him small crickets dusted in T-rex Bone Aid until theyre all white and usually I feed him one or two, is this enough? I also bought mealworms but he hasnt ate one yet, I feed him baby bannana food, I guess I should put the T-rex calcium dust in here too...I'm nervous hes not eating enough or getting the right nutrients, help? Thanks!

I read through the laws.. and considering there has to be tons of tortoise owners with hatchlings or juevenils under 4".. i dont think the law can be enforced too well. But i was just wondering if anyone has had trouble with the law. And how come Sulcatas seem to be above this law but no other species?

i have tried a lot, but my eggs keep dying,HELP!!
