I have heard the term " fine as frog hair " but have never seen one with hair unless it has been loose in the house and found a " dust bunny"

The frog you may be referring is not in its literal meaning. Sure that frog has hair.

No, Anura (frogs and toads) do not have hair. Neither do reptiles. The skin of frogs is thin and moist and used in respiration. They dont have claws either.

No, frogs do not have hair, despite the colloquialism to the contrary. They are, as other users have pointed out, amphibians.

contrary to what Shamrock Hero said, no, they're not reptiles, they're amphibians, and they don't have hair. I did a big project on salamanders a few years ago and i learned about every type of amphibian. they don't have hair.
