I have two male dwarf russian hamsters, and have had them for about a month. They have been inseperable friends - until yesterday. A very large fight broke out and blood was shed. It was very out of character.
They have now been separated, but can someone tell me whether it is worth trying to get them to live together again - or are they now condemned to being separated and living on their own?

my rabbit's head was tilted to right and one of her eyes kept blinking. and she ket shaking which cause her to lose control of her body and she kept rolling. the doctors are not sure of the reason as to what caused the head tilt. they either say its an ear infection, stroke or etc. isn't there any way to find and confirm the real cause and the cure for the head tilt?

I fed my ferret apples and it looked like she threw it up everywhere in her cage. If I gave her too much does this mean she'll be fine and will eventually get it out of her system? I played with her today and she was acting normal and lively and curious and everying (this was after she puked) but she has a little bit of diarrhea ... help please

In the past, I've adopted dogs from the shelter, well my parents did, but now I want my own dog, a Pure Pomeranian and one that is just a few weeks and your not going to find them in the shelter, well not the ones in my area, because I've checked. Now I'm not going to pay thousands of dollars for my pup either but I dont see the problem buying your pets from well known breeders and pet stores that have a good history with their animals. Now I see these protesters are coming on here now ranting, what happens to the animals are ready to be sold, are they suppose to stay caged without a home just because your trying to prove a point. I've heard about the puppy mills and it is sad, but not EVERY breeder or pet store owner runs their business like that. What can we do, these animals are here and breathing already and INNOCENT, you can't stop people from buying there pets.

Our barn needs some more hunter/jumper kids. We only have a few. What do you think a good way to get the message out there?
Also we are the middle of a city in Southern California.
Thanks for your help.

My cousin has a female neutered cat, she could be very sassy when she wants to, other times she's very playful, stampeding through the house like a wild animal, sometimes she'll be under the table and when you walk by she'll run jump on your calf and try to bite you (playfully) then run back under the table, She's a sweetheart most of the time, but when petting her on her head or her back she's fine, if you get anywhere near her stomach or you try to rub her stomach she'll hold on to your hand bite you and use her back legs to damn hear scrap off your skin, is this normal ? If not, what could be the problem?

We just noticed that our pet mouse has developed a large lump near it's hind quarters (not the belly though). We have never owned a mouse before, and not sure what we should do. Do we take it to a regular vet? We had cedar shavings in the cage, and an edible hut -- could she have an allergic reaction to one of those things? A food allergy, perhaps, or any way to determine if it is a tumor? We removed the shavings and hut and put in cotton bedding and cardboard tubes. She has been living alone for some time (a month?), and it is the wrong area for pregnancy. We had another mouse (female) that we bought at the same time. They were babies when we bought them. The other mouse died about 8 months after we got them, which I hear is a bit premature. Not sure which direction to turn here -- any advice?

Thanks in advance.

I have a 7ish mare my mom bought when she was 6 months old, so roughly in 2000. I do not know if we had a signed bill of sale, but I know if we did we dont have it anymore. I need to prove she is mine so my mom's husband can't take her in the pending divorce. But Ive called several times over the years and the breeder we bought her from won't return my calls and I know he got my messages ( long story, but he no longer likes my mom). All I need is a varification that he sold her to my mom and some datails on her sire/dam and his signiture as breeder if I decide to register her (I may want to even though its kind of late just to prove she's a gaited horse competing in dressage, if we make it to upper levels.) Now because we don't have PROOF we own her, and he hears we want him to verify it, can/would he be able to claim her? Is there a legal process where we can hand and make him sign the papers? How much might it cost?
