My cousin has a female neutered cat, she could be very sassy when she wants to, other times she's very playful, stampeding through the house like a wild animal, sometimes she'll be under the table and when you walk by she'll run jump on your calf and try to bite you (playfully) then run back under the table, She's a sweetheart most of the time, but when petting her on her head or her back she's fine, if you get anywhere near her stomach or you try to rub her stomach she'll hold on to your hand bite you and use her back legs to damn hear scrap off your skin, is this normal ? If not, what could be the problem?

This is completely normal.
My cat lives for tummy rubs but for some cats these tend to overstimulate the cat and they get agressive.

Not all cats hate this. My cat LOVES it and my moms cat will put up with it.. but the cat we used to have would bite hard if you touched her belly. This is because the belly is the most vulnerable part of a cat, if you touch it.. they may feel threatened enough to attack.. much like someone grabbing your neck.. even if they don't squeeze it. If you've ever seen cats fighting, they always try to bite under the back legs or under the belly after they knock down their opponent. If you try this on a new cat.. wear some gloves in case it doesn't like it.

Your cousins cat was possibly molested by another just neutered cat back before your time. The stampeding throught the house is the cat acting out its uncontrollable rage. I think maybe just pour a little red wine in her catnip and presto. Remember Mr jinks flushed a dog down the toilet without opposible thumbs.

I have 3 spayed female cats and all 3 are different. One loves her belly rubbed another hates it and the third is sort of wishy washy about it. This cat you are talking about just isn't liking it...maybe with time she will and then again maybe not. If you don't want to get scratched....leave her tummy alone!!!

it is in my experiance, cats will do this somtimes to play and sometimes to warn... however with one of my cats that I had as a kitten, I began to lay him on his back and rub is belly all the time growing up, sometimes he would play and others he would just purr and enjoy a good tummy rub. With another cat of mine (somewhat wild cat i adopted from a friend) it took her about a year of putting her on her back and rubbing her tummy to really enjoy it. just be patient and alway when picking her up, hold her like a baby and rub her tummy, if she squirms, let her squirm away, and try again later... about a year from now she will come to enjoy it and have more trust for you.

Depends on the cat and who is doing the rubbing.
I have had cats who enjoyed anyone and everyone to rub their tummy. Others did not wish to be touched in that area. The cat we have now, enjoys me rubbing his tummy but will not let my husband do it. And my husband is the one the cat is bonded closes with.

A male cat is one that has been neutered. A female cat is one that has been spayed. My cat likes to have her belly rubbed on her own conditions. If she hops up into my lap its ok to rub it. If I pet her on the floor and try to rub her belly she will bite me. It all depends on the cat and their demeanor.

It is normal. I have a male cat that loves his belly rubbed and will lay there for hours when I do it. My other two cats don't like their tummys rubbed and will do what you described, grab ahold of you with their front paws, chew on you and bring their back feet up and kick at you. So my suggestion is, don't do it.

Cats really have to trust you to let them pet their stomach. That's fairly normal. Dogs, on the other hand, love tummy-rubs.

I think it depends on the cat.
1 of my cats is ok with it for a little bit (but dosen't love it.)
However my other cat will attack me if I as so much as turn him on his back.
