i've raised rabbits for 10 years, my advice would be...make sure u don't give it too many treats, fruits and veggies aren't always the best thing. pellets are just fine. maybe on certain days u can give it a little carrot or something. also get a small cat harness, pet rabbits love to run outside and it gives them excersie. if u want anymore info just ask me i know just about everything. good luck and have fun.

ok this answer kind of disturbed me " "you wil have to give him to a pet shop they will take care of him then all you have to do is pay for their services or the vets try that but use and eye dropper filled with a special formula that comes from wal mart or a pet store for baby rabbits so he doesnt die " this is not the solution to this bunnies life. Being a wild animal you should honestly check and see if there is a wildlife rehabilitation center in your state. I kow most states have them and also in most states it is against the law to keep wild animals as pets. Here in TN it is punishable by a hefy fine and even some jail time!!!! Liek I said contact your local wildlife agency and they will tell you what to do. Now the reason the above andswer bothered me is the fact that a pet shop WILL NOT take in any animals that ahve not been vet checked, or obtained from a reputable breeder. If they do then they have no business owning apet shop. You might can try taking him to a vet and seeing what they say they can do but more than likely they would say you shoudl either do as i suggested and take it to wildlife agency or you should never have bothered it. I know I may sound harsh in this answer but trust me it's for the bunnies own good:)

First and foremost, not all bunnies like to be held, so don't force your rabbit to be held.

Secondly, and most importantly, rabbits have very strong hind legs. Never ever pick up your bunny without placing a hand under its hind legs to keep it from kicking.

Thirdly, a rabbit's ears are sensitive. Don't pick your bunny up by the ears. Pet them very gently.

Baby bunnies need a good fortified diet supplemented by alfalfa hay. As your bunny gets older, switch to Timothy hay. Don't feed too many carrots (a couple every now and then as a treat only). They have a lot of sugar.

Also, watch your bunny closely. They chew A LOT. They even chew electrical cords, so keep an eye on your new baby.

Visit House Society @ the address below!

Your bunny should be spayed so she won't get any cancers. Also, give her hay and water 24/7 for digestion and pellets as a constant meal. Fruits and nuts should be served sparingly in small quantities. Veggies are good but the website will inform you about what types are safe.

Put her in a cage of 1 sq. ft. for each pound of bunny! Give her developmental toys so she won't get bored and destructive. Also show love and affection, since bunnies are so intelligent and are temperamental.

Once summer comes, you'll have to keep her very cool or she might have trouble. They say bunnies die from heat exhaust in hot weather, so let the area around the cage be cool but not DIRECTLY on the bunny!

Hope this all helps.

buy a good rabbit cage ,litter box so you can litter box train it, buy some rabbit food , and food and water bowls that won't be easy to turn over, they like to chew and if you let it run loose it will chew electric wires so make sure their out of reach.hold and play with it every day or it get scared and not let you hold it. also best to get it spayed or neutered especially if its a boy I GOT SPRAYED ONCE AND THAT WASN'T FUNNY, IN THE FACE YUK, HA HA. I FOUND THIS SITE YOU CAN READ FOR MORE INFORMATION , good luck with your bunny , my rabbits name IS Bunny, HAD HIM ABOUT FOUR years now ,keep his or her cage clean give fresh food and water every day
