To make a long story short, I inherited this turtle from a friend who died. I have googled it, and tried to find an answer the traditional way, but each site I visit gives differing advice. He's a little guy, maybe the size of my palm. I've been giving him rosy reds, (about 12-24 rosies) once or twice a week. Please help! Also, someone said DO NOT give it goldfish. Is that correct, and if so, why?

My cat is an outdoor cat,he comes in every once in a while but he prefers the yard most of the time..well there are cats in this neighborhood that are territorial and always try to jump in when they come in our yard..he has learned to scare them away *not fight* just scare them. Well,he has always been healthy and sweet as can be.Me and my husband have not seen him for about 1-2 weeks now and usually when we call him so he can eat he comes running, this time nothing. The other cats come in our yard now but no sign of our boy. My husband thinks he died somewhere, but i dont wanna believe that. Im so sad and want him to come home..has this happened to anyone and there pet came back? do u think mine will?

I am 23 and looking to pet sit. Is there a certain thing you need to be a good Pet sitter. A couple of places say you need insurance before you pet sit or a certification. Is that true? Can I just start pet sitting without those? I do have insurance, but that's from my job, job. Also I do have much experiance with many types of animals (reptiles, dogs, cats, birds, etc) .Thankyou for your time.

Just wondering if any one could advise about how I would go about helping my daughter get into horse riding, she is only 4 but wants to learn to ride. Any advice about costs time involved and whether or not we get our own horse would be appreciated.
Thanx

I think that my hamster has a hematoma. It is attached to her belly button, about 11/2 in long 1/16 wide and dk red. I cannot find a vet in our area that takes hamsters. Has anyone had the same experience. Will it absorb back or will she die from this. If I can get to the vet, I know it will be very expensive esp. if they cannot do anything, so I am hoping I can find someone with a similar situation to get advice before I spend a fortune. I just noticed it..she did not have it two days ago. She is only a couple of months old. Thanks for any help.
