There are really to many to list but here are a few that have had several outbreaks in the past decade-
Equine Herpes Virus, Rhino Virus, West Nile, African, Head Shaking, Cronic Eye, Hoof and Mouth, PICA, Lyme, Alkali, Equine Infectious Anemia, Navicular, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, EPM, HYPP, ERU, Glaucoma, Chushings, Strangles, Strongyles, Pyroderma, Osteochondrosis, corneal ulcers......
I told you there are too many to list- these were just the beginning I could think of, and I'm an equine veterinarian.
If you suspect your horse to have an illness or disease you need to consult your vet and not self diagnose.

Why don't you look it up on a search engine or in a vet book seeing as how the many things a horse can get is too long to list and I don't care enough to. And if your horse has something wrong with it, don't diagnose it yourself and don't ask a question to the people on here, go to a vet.

you can research the following most common illnesses: colic, laminitis, African horse sickness, wind sucking (bad habit), tick bite fever, biliary, mange and other skin diseases, tears, um... that's off the top of my head. these are all very common but there are many many more
