Actually some can. A recent scientific survey carried out in the deepest jungles of Borneo found that a little know race of Elephants can simulate flight if only for a few seconds...amazing but true

elephants cant fly because, unlike birds they have solid bones, not semi-hollow ones. they have evolved to live on earth
