What would you do if someone you lived with threw a party and invited people you weren't comfortable around, therefore you leave and... when you get home the next morning you find all of your tanks have had bleach put into them? Whoever did this also put bleach into my cat's water bowl, they intentionally killed all my babies, and luckily enough my cat was smart enough not to drink the water so she is fine. I had 3 female bettas, 2 male bettas, 2 fancy goldfish, a plecostomus, 3 glo-fish and 3 panda corydoras cats. How would you deal with this?

ive been catching crayfish as bait for years now and ive seen them live through some pretty rough stuff but recently we caught about 45 out of a local river and four of them had weird diamond shape markings and were a differnt color then the rest, after a three day fishing trip and repeated rides in a hot car trunk out of the 15 or so we didnt use only one had survived, it was the last of the weird ones (we fished the other 3) and it wasnt even weakened by its expirience it was like we'd just pulled it outta the river so for s#its and giggles we dropped it in the pool 3 hours ago to see just how much it could take but the thing just wont quit its happilly sitting on the bottom and if you attempt to catch him he swims away with good strength, hes not even running for shallow water or trying to escape now this is a normal, chlorine, algae killer, chemicly treated pool so HOW IS HE STILL ALIVE? And spare me all the cruelty crap he was gonna end up as bait or or on a plate anyway

We recently got two male angelfish and put them in with the two females in our 50 gal. hexagonal aquarium. After a while, we noticed the males staying in one corner and if they came out the females would attack. What should I do?

I knew there's a problem from yesterday...all the guppies were swimming at the bottom level....could it be the water was too cold for them??? Temp 79F.

Anyway, do I clean the whole tank or partially clean it...if partially clean, wouldn't the water infect the other guppies?

I have a 40 gal tank that currently has river rock gravel, lots of fake plants and 2 large pieces of driftwood. I am using a marineland 400 filter which is rated for a tank twice the size and has 2 bio wheels with one of those being already established froma previous tank . I am currently have 3 corys and a pleco in the tank because I am still trying to figure out the "focal point" fish. I will be adding a peat moss bag to the filtration to help with the hardness which is slightly high and also a heater since my tank is at 80 degrees right now. I am looking for any other suggestions on set up before the fish and the recommended amount of juvenile discus (I was thinking 2-3). My main problem is I am getting conflicting information on the care from tank set up to parameters. Also I am not interested in breeding them Thanks

I was considering a livebearer community tank but I want danios too. The tank is 10 gallons, it has lots of foliage and breeding grass from when my guppies were in that tank and it has an airstone under the gravel, also a rock with lots of little places to hide and the gravel is 1/4 inch, is this suitable?

If I have a water filter in it already do I still have to clean it? Cause the algae eater would take care of the algae and the water filter would take care of the dirty water... What about a gravel filter?? Anyways, I would love to have a fish tank but I don't have time to clean it or the money to hire someone to!
