Yep, I think it will over all. The archer is a brackish water fish, but does very well in freshwater. The butterflys are large enough and such surface dwellers that they will be safe from the bichar.

I answered your question before:P

But Archer Fish are brackish water, and I don't know if they can survive in freshwater. They need some plants to extend above the water surface, and a fly on the plant if you want to see them spit water. The water level has to be lowered a little so they can practice their hunting. They are good jumpers, so have a tight-fitting lid. Plus the butterfly fish will already inhabit the top part of the tank, and might bully the archer fish. But if you really want to get it, then you can.

that would be pushing it, BGK will reach about 24 inches(well at least hims is, prehaps they get bigger)

they would get along, but i am not sure if the archer will be fine. Unless you can find one that is fully freshwater, most of them are brackish and it takes time and effort to adjust them to freshwater.

Remember whe stocking these tankbusters, you must go with their potiental size not current size. This is very important to remmeber.

i not sure about the combo but i suggest getting a lid to your tank to make sure your archerfish doesnt jump , if you dontg have a lid , i had a hawkfish and he jumped out of the tank while i wsnt have and not a great ending $50 fish so get alid if you dont have one.
