My fish were:

2 Bettas- Monster (blue) and Dragon (red)

3 orange and black Platys- Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini

1 suckerfish- Napoleon

3 Mollies- Lock, Stock, and Barrel (white, black, and dalmation)

i, err, accidently igested some of my fishes iterpet freeze dride daphnia. the pack says 'natral and safe' but dose that include safe for me?

well, i had some black moors. they were doing it and then they died. i did a 40% water change and tested the water. the water tested fine. then my large regular goldfish started acting weired, so i put him in a tank by himself and added salt. he seems to be acting a little better, but is still going over to the air bubbles. i just don't want to loose another one.

they aren't swimming around. they just sit in the air bubbles.

I'm planning on getting a 10 or 20 gallon fish tank, and I don't know what type of fish or other underwater creatures I should get! Any ideas?

My daughters three and we've hit the, "I want a pet" stage. I've got the tank and the gravel, filled it with water. The pump is on and I've put some liquid in to "de-stress" the fish and de-chlorinate the water. Rosie and Jim are coming tomorrow. Any tips for keeping them alive and my daughter happy? lol.

I have 2 tanks with really bad algae. I am buying some algae maintenance drops so that I can control the algae better. I know that you can not use it on crustations but what about African dwarf frogs, which are the small underwater frogs you find the pet stores usually in the bigger tanks with fish? I dont want to kill them and want to make sure before I spend the money on it.

I treated my fish for Ick like directions said.
They didnt get better so I did 1/3 water change as directed and treated new water.
Even tried some Melafix to treat them.

The fish are dropping dead though.
Should I risk it and change all the water or should I Change ENTIRE filter ( yes I have the charcoal out now)
What should I do, they look terrible!

Any Ideas ( no flushing them )

I have 3 guppies that are pregnant,
One of them has become less active, The other 2 still swim alot, but one...if the light hits right, you can see the fry right there...How will I know when the time comes?

im wondering if fish sleep now!!

i have proved that they have a memory grater than 3 seconds as i have a well known frienly koi carp that's got it's own personality!!

all 23 of my koi have different things they do to make them individual.

Do they sleep tho?
