If you can see little eyes, she will pop any time now. If you want to keep the maximum number of babies, use the separate breeder net inside the current tank, and remove mama soon after giving birth. if you try to move her to another tank, the babies frequently die. If you only want to keep a few babies, make sure you have lots of hiding places in your current tank, and let nature take it's course.

They may try to hide and stay away from the other fish or start going after other fish, you might see their vent open (where the babies come out, and the poo), they may get very hungry or not want to eat and she will be kind of boxed off where the babies are. When she is in labor you may actually see her push. They are all different and may not show the same signs when they are ready so just watch them and see when they start acting differently then normal.

It is hard to say, but I'll vouch for the one that's become less active. I usually put them in a baby catcher (plastic or net compartment that floats/hangs on the tank) and find that they've given birth overnight.

Guppies have a 21 day gestation.

when you see the black spot in the abdomen you have about a week left. Put her in a breeder net
