My dog has real bad red irritation between her wrinkles on her face. Wiping with a wash cloth doesn't seem to help as much. It gets really irriated, really fast. I feel like her irriation needs Neosporin or something?

I just got my puppy today and he has fleas and ticks. He is only 4-6 weeks old. What should I do to get rid of them? Is he too young to treat with medicine or whatever?

OK she used to go on the papers but now she doesn't for some reason. No matter how hard we train her, she just stopped going in the right place. She's also hyperactive and won't accept training. HELP PLEASE!

I can't seem to work with this dog on house training and she hears me but goes off in the other direction. She runs everywhere and I have to chase her down. I have 2 Yorkies and never had a problem with either but they are males and they respond to me better the my husband. Could it be because she's a girl? I have noticed with my dogs that the males take to me and the females to my husband and I 've told my husband not to mess with her much so she bonds to me and still she goes her own way. Help

My vet told me my dog has hot spots, she is on a spray to stop the itchyness and a medicine called prednisone. Will these hot spots go away or will this be an on going thing. She has a couple of spots that she bit till it started bleeding.

I recently welcomed a pomeranian puppy into my home and I rec'd papers with him that said he was pure breed. However, recently I have been told on seperate occasions that my dog is mixed with something. I have heard twice that he looks like a malamute. Those dogs are huge! How in the world could it of breed with a pomeranian? Any suggestions on Timmy's breed? I would love to serach so I know his character traits. I can not figure out how to post his picture. Please e-mail me so I can send it to you. Thanks!

Well, I just bought a new crate. I have a husky/chow/pitbull mix who's, so far, used the paper inside. (He's 1.5 years old) We now want to train him to go outside, even thought it may be hard, since he'll actually hold it while we're outside and wait until we come inside to do his stuff. But the paper thing is getting a bit messy and it would be so much nicer to have him go outside. So... I was wondering, does Steele (my dog) need water in his crate at all times? I live in Louisiana, so even with AC in here, it can still get a bit warm inside, although at night, it's cool. I told my mom that he would need water and that if he has to go, he can hold it 'til the morning or until I get back, but she said, "Ooh, but that would be uncomfortable." Sooo, I dunno. I don't want him having to hold it or pee in his crate, so what do I do? I mean, it wouldn't kill him to go at night without water or just a few hours during the day without it, would it? What do I do? I'm new to this crate thing. =P

I was watching the youtube video of Otis the talking Pug and he was adorable..their faces are just so scrunchy and cute!
How much do they usually cost around and is their maintenance as much a pain as I've heard?
It's not like I can get one now, but for the future.

I am trying to figured out what my new puppy, Maggie is mixed with. The shelter said she is a lab mix. She is 10-12 weeks old and only about 6-7lbs. Here are some links to her pictures.

Thank you!

Is it bad for a dog to live at two houses? She's lived at one house her whole life(she's 1 1/2) so would it be bad for her to suddenly have two houses. I've talked to people and some say that she would be fine and some say that it is really bad for her. I just want her to be okay! Thanks!
