The only thing I can think of is baking soda mixed with water to make a thick paste. Obviously don't get it in her nose holes!!! If that doesn't work and you don't get more ideas...call your vet and ask.
Once the dog has an open wound that's bleeding the flies will lay eggs in it, and could turn into maggots. Just make sure you keep those stinking flies off her and keep her nose clean. If she doesn't keep the soda on her nose, clean her nose off each time she comes in by carefully dabbing it with a cool damp cloth or tissue.
Poor girl..I hope she gets better soon.

There is a product called "Flys Off";you can buy it at most pet stores or farm stores. Take some Vaseline ( A couple of tablespoonsful) and spray a little of the "Flys Off" into it.Mix it up in a small jar.Rub just a small amount on your dog's nose, but not too much. This should help. You can also keep flies away by making sure your dog's outdoor area is kept clean ( pick up the poop right away, and throw out uneaten food) Keep her dishes clean, and put fresh cedar shavings in her dog house ( I'm just assuming she's outside),and keep her clean.Bathe her with a flea and tick shampoo, make sure she's free of mats(shave her down ,if necessary),and spray her entire body( keeping away from her eyes) with the "Flys Off" everyday. Also, hang some sticky fly paper from any trees near her area.

Another wonderful job for WD-40. It is also used on pig and cattle farms to combat flies and mosquitos. BUT, is it really flies that are the cause of the bleeding. There are other factors that can cause this affliction, like allergies or your dog is digging and is doing this to scratch it's nose from parasites.

Its cheap and easy. Vasaline! If it gets licked off it won't make your dog sick but it is really good for keeping flies off!

you can put a little bag balm on it or a horse fly repellent product that is in gel form. The problem is, does your dog lick it? then no fly repellent, you can mist her with horse water based fly spray and that will help, but why not let her inside instead?
