I wrote before about Noel. She is Chesapeake bay retriever. She is a great dog and loving to her family. She has gotten so she is O.K. with other dogs. I can take her to the dog park, she loves to run and retrieve ( she be a hunting dog) but has tried to bite someone again. She growls at anyone who comes in the house. My family wants me to keep her a "backyard" dog and keep her away from everything and everyone. I have gotten yet another trainer. I have Parkinson's Disease and i need a service dog. I can't get one as long as I have Noel. I need an objective opinion.

Can dogs have asthma? It seems my dachshund does. She woke up from a deep sleep and just started having a five minute huffing episode. Blowing into her nostrils seemed to calm her down, but I'm worried. She's had smaller episodes before, but this one seemed portentous. I am taking her to the vet as soon as possible, but has anyone had any experience or advice on this?

It just happened after I brought home a new puppy to be his playmate. He seemed scared even if he's a lot bigger. He's not eating too.

Scenerio: A family takes in a dog who can't be cared for at previous home. The dog snarls and bites the young children and after trying to work it out between the dog and kids, it only increases each time. The family is afraid the dog with seriously harm the children and vice versa. The family puts an ad up to give the dog away to a good home and states exactly why. The dog is not good with young children. A couple with no children agree to take the dog and weeks later says "it's not working out because she pees and poos at night in the house, come get your dog."

Who is responsible?

She had puppies 11 &1/2 weeks ago by c-section, we had the vet spay her while he was in there. She had two babies and the last one went home two days ago. She started having a discharge yesterday, so much so that we had to put her ***** britches on her. She is now shaky, very lethargic, not eating and just laying around. Is this normal?

Okay so, I have another problem with my Yorkie. He's very playful, and one of his favorite games is biting me! He bites my hands and feet! When he first did it, it was like "aw that tickles," now when he does it, it's like "EUGHH YOU'RE GNAWING OFF MY FINGER!!!" it really does hurt. How can I get this guy to stop biting me? Maybe this is just a phase? He is 1 and a half years old, shall he grow out of it? Someone help me!

During last few weeks, my 11-month-old female golden retriever doesn't want to eat her dog food. I have tried to mixed the dog food with sugar and milk powder, and even honey star, but still cannot stimulate her appetite. She has lost weight, now so skinny. I'm quite worry about her. Anyone knows what is the reason she rejects the dog food? and any tips on how to make her eat more and gain weight? Thank you very much.

I have a dog that lives outside and he sometimes he goes to the door (its glass so he can see through it) and licks it!
I think he may do it because he wants inside..
I'm not sure and I was just wandering about it.
