Actually, yes. They have foods that are easier on the digestive system that may help. They also have herbal rememdies that may help. In extreme cases, you can also consult a vet. I've listed a link below for a popular pet-care store (national) that may be of help to you.

Give her a half of a non prescribed antacid/anti-gas such as Tums. If she balks, wrap it into a small piece of in bread. Watch her and make sure she chews and swallows the med. Before you give it to her put your ear on her stomach, the side will do and listen for internal bubbling/growling type sounds it should be evident. After you give her the cure in about an hour listen again. If it continues make a decision to give her another half of Tum and check what she might have eaten other that her regular food. (Frogs, toadstools, etc.) Check for 'guarding' of the stomach area (push lightly on the abdomen) If she yelps it may be something more that simple gas. But if she expels some gas rectally on pressure it is usually just normal gas. You didn't say how old she is. Young dogs eat what they should not, older dogs may develop sensitivities to certain foods. Good luck.

Instead of feeding your dog 1 or 2 portions of food per day, divide the daily ration into smaller portions and feed the dog more frequently.
Sometimes dogs eat too quickly because they fear their food will be taken away, so feed your dog in a quiet comfortable area.
Exercise the dog more frequently to stimulate its intestines.
Choose a premium brand of dog food that is highly digestible.
There is also a Beano type product in pet stores,

Goto your pet store and get some charcoal tablets...they work well...her diet could also be changed, some brands of food make for gassy tummys. Try white rice, veggies, and mince...or ask at the pet store while you are there for a good balanced dog food that will produce less gas.

Gas is a sign that your dogs food is not agreeing with him. Switch the food to something materially different and the gas will probably go away. It does not neccesarily have anything whatsoever to do with fish.

For an immediate fix try feeding a few ginger snaps. I'm not kidding. It works for people too. In the long run get some high quality food and the problem should get better.

Gas is actually a side effect of the type of dog food they're being fed. The better quality, the less likely they'll have gas.

U can use fennel seeds and ajwain seeds. What u do is take 3cups water and put 2tsp fennel seeds and 1tsp ajwain seed boil water to half and strain it. Cool the solution and give it to your dog half the liquid on empty stomach in morning and another half in the evening. This will increase her apetite and relieve gas. I do this for my dog and he seems fine.
