One morning I took my dog out to go to the bathroom and he had been outside in his 10 by 10 pen all day the day before to exersice when I took him out he through up acorns if you know what I mean.Can yall help??

We are going to be flying from Hi to Va and I think I will be carrying them on with me but I don't want them to be a distubance to anyone else on the flight. I have a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old pug. The 4 yr old I'm not worried about because he will more than likely sleep the whole way but the 2 yr. old is full of energy and can be noisy.

my 3yr old female jrtxyorkie is aggresive towards other dogs,she was very well socialiced as a puppy untill a year old when she was attacked by another jrt.from then on she has been aggresive she has 1 small dog that she never goes for who she's known since puppy hood.she also accepted {much to our amazement}our puppy when we brang him home.she doesnt just snap at other dogs she actually fights them and has drew blood on her half sister.she now has a name for her self were we walk and people are avoiding us.any ideas on how to make her friendly again so she can run free.

My dog bites his hair off his front and back legs to the point he's pink and recently he's started bleeding and getting scabs. I've taken him to the vet and they've put him on meds, it helps but as soon as it runs out he starts biting again and he can't be on the meds for more than 2 weeks. The vet then suggest oatmeal shampoo and conditioner which I've tried and still nothing. Any other options I hate seeing him bleed.

She is about a year old. She sleeps soundly. She was on my bed. I came into the room and went to go kiss her on the nose and she bit my face. No stitches thank God but antibiotics and a tetanus. What do I do other then do not go near a dog in the dark and grab its face. What training could I do to assure she wont bite others?

Pit bulls need our love, not our hate. The breed bands dont just effect pit bulls but ALL dogs. the breed band wont stop all dogs from attacking. If pit bulls are banned, then another breed will be in the headline, and when that breed is banned another breed will take its place. Till there are no dogs left. All dogs can bite. All dogs can kill.
Breed bands are not the answer. All dog owners should be responsible no matter the breed.

I have a two month old miniature schnauzer, we got her a week ago and we have been feeding her Maxium by Purina. She was fine up until today,This morning she was shaking a lot i figured she was just cold, so i wrapped her up and went to the grocery store i got back two hours later and she was in the Same spot!! After that i took her out to use the restroom but she did nothing, she wont touch her food and hasnt all day she drinks a bit of water now and then but just lays back down. she gets PLENTY of attention, constantly, About 30 minutes ago i took her out again because she was sniffing around to use the restroom, as i sat her on the ground she "squirted" out white from her bottom. and she has done it once more...any suggestions? or ideas WHAT is wrong?!?

I have a puppy, he is 15 weeks old. I got him to go hunting with me, he is a chespeake bay retriever. I am not sure if I want to breed him or not. I guess my question is... if he gets old enough to breed and develops an attitude, will that attitude still be there if I get him fixed? Or, would it be better to get him fixed before the attitude arrives. (assuming of course, there will be an attitude in the first place). His father is a really nice dog, his mother had some aggression (but, that could be because there were puppies with her). The lady I bought him from says both parents are sweet, and he is a great pup....thoughts....please.

My boyfriend found a tic on my dogs head. He it off of her including the head. I am going to call the vet first thing in the morning. But what are the symptoms of lyme disease and what is the percentage of tics that do carry the disease? Any info at all on the subject will be helpful. Thanks in advance!

i might want to get the long haired chihuahua?? it does need more time in grooming hair to keep it shinny and gorgeous,
