Yes a pet can get the runs after a vaccination. You need to tell you Vet about it. If it persists he/she may want to see your puppy. Also pets can get the runs if you change their food and puppies and kittens can get the runs if they have to much milk. There are other reasons shush as a cold. Yes pets can get colds just like people. However your Vet can tell you why your puppy has the runs. The best thing I can tell you is to call your Vet he/she will be happy to explain some of the causes for your puppy having the runs. With a pet since they can't tell you what is wrong with them it is always wise to take them to the Vet.

It can happen. Same with the dog being tired over the next 24 hours. If the puppy continues for more than 24 hours with diarrhea, call the vet. Pups can dehydrate fast. Watch for tacky, pale gums, lethargy, bloody stools, malaise. Any symptoms like this, get the pup to the vet ASAP. In the meantime, keep the pup hydrated, he/she should be just fine.

Yes, sometimes dogs react to medications - if this last for more than 24 hours I would consult your vet.
