Cloudy urine is caused by crystals, cells, blood, mucous, bacteria or cast.
If you are concerned, you can always get a vet to do an Urinalysis to find the underlying cause.

Normal urine is amber-yellow in color and clear to slightly cloudy.

Maybe a UTI? When in doubt, check with the vet. If it's an infection, she might be in pain
