I lived in my house for three years with no problems whatsoever with the dog food & bugs but for some reason in the past 8 months or so I've had two separate ant invasions and am now seeing other unwanted pests. I've tried moving the location where my dog eats and I've also tried enclosing the big 55lb bag of dog food in a large tupperware bin. The bulk of the problem seems to be that when her food sits out during the day it attracts the pests, but I also don't want to leave my dog without food all day while I'm gone at work. Any ideas? Please help!

I've bred my bull terrier, something I've done plenty of times in the past with other dogs, but this is my first experience doubting/having trouble with the pregnancy. I have full intentions of taking her to the vet when he is back in town, but for the moment i'm on my own... I don't trust her with any other vet in my area.

She is due approximately in 1-2 weeks, her mammary glands are full and she is discharging milk. Though, her belly isn't as big as I would like to be seeing. She's normally about 35 lbs and is small for her breed. Her stud is about 45 lbs. of the same breed. In past experiences i've been able to feel puppies moving around, and during an earlier exam the technician did feel the start of the growing fetuses.. plain as day. I don't feel anything in her, moving or not.. Though I feel something high up near her ribs.. Is it possible that by her laying on her stomach, she's pushed them up too high? Or is it more likely i'm looking at false pregnancy?

The puppy is 12 weeks old and now has horrible gas and loose stools/diarrhea. I had a puppy that had parvo before and I'm scared. He is not lethargic or vomiting and he is eating, but the feces and gas smell pretty bad. Could it just be the switch from dry food to mixing wet and dry? He has been eating the new mix for about 4 days and the loose stools just started today. He has a vet appt. for shots in 5 days and I don't know if he should be checked sooner or if I'm just paranoid from past experiences. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK , Yesterday i gave my dog 1 pork rib and today instead of doing normal hard crap he pooped out blood , but when we came back from wal mart he just had diarreah and no blood could this be parvo or was it just the rib he still plays and he is drinking alot of water . He is not eating alot but yes he eats. so can anyone help me was it the rib that was bad for his stomach or is it parvo?
