Chocolate. It contains a bromine that dogs cannot metabolize. As little as 4 ounces of bakers pure unsweetened chocolate can kill a dog. (And it is a slow and painful death)

Avocados, onions, garlic, grapes, raisins, tomatoes, nutmeg, caffeine, macadamis nute, walnuts, chocolate, ham, bacon, potatos, wild mushrooms, and large amounts of salt, fried foods, or grains. (Though my puppy has stolen quite a few of these of the table and she's fine)
