do dogs have ticklish feet in the back?

All of the dogs I have had in my households have always had ticklish feet. Actually, it wasn't the pads of their feet but the hair between the pads on their feet. If I gently brushed my finger across the hair in the bottom of thier feet, they would pull their feet away.

This is nothing like the way they kick their leg when you find a tickle spot on their stomach but it still tickles them.

I think that ticklish feet for dogs is natures way of letting them know if they are stepping on insects or something.

Well, I don't know if all dogs do. I have a little black schnauzer named jazz and if you scratch the inside of his back leg he goes nuts I mean man he can really move that leg!
