We (my family) has a three year old male black lab who is three years old and was very mild mannered until last week. We went on vacation for five days and our neighbor who is a single female looked after him. We only wanted her to check on him from time to time and feed him as he is not an indoor pet but she insisted that he stay in her house. well every since we returned he is more aggressive, hunches on everyone, and sticks his nose where it doesnt belong. I know it's sick but I think that maybe he was abused. I'd like to know what you think and what would you do about it

What type of breed/mix and what was the reason for their death? I know small dogs live longer than large dogs, but I'd like to see the variation in ages and reasons. For example, our dogs while I was growing up were usually shih tzus and dachshunds, the one that died the youngest was 10 (respiratory problems) and the oldest was 18 (died in a seizure)

My Chow-Collie mix is ALL OVER ME when I sneeze. She howls like crazy. She doesn't do this when anyone else sneezes.
What's up with it? She's been doing this for 8 years!!

All of our dogs are up to date on shots and the rabies vaccinations, but one just started drooling a lot which he never does. My boyfriend said when he walked him he had orange/white diarrhea. Could he just be sick from eating something bad? Recently we got infested w/mice, could they give him rabies?

my dog might get put up for sale or something because he's mostly been inside of our house for like 5 years now my parents want him outside. and we got new grass in our backyard and he's destroying it. so we are going to put him in a kennel in the back of our yard but he wont stop barking or yelping. and my parents gave him a collor that makes them stop barking, but that isnt working. what should I do? I dont want my dog to go away.

Dear Barking Mad,
Recently I have moved into a home with a good friend of mine whom has a small dog named Buddy. My roommate is obsessed with Buddy and she fulfills his every want and if Buddy does something that is incorrect she doesn't punish him in any way. I also own a small dog, Wilbur, Buddy and Wilbur are the best of friends, but Buddy has decided that the entire house belongs to him and has begun marking it with his own scent. Within the past two weeks he has marked my clothing, my bed, my roommates clothing, our couches, an indoor tree, my roommates golf bag, my laptop in its bag, my roommate laptop in its bag, the two rugs, all of the boxes that I used to move, and hopefully we will find any other items that have been marked soon! Adding to the constant marking of entire house, Buddy feels that the trash is also his as every time we leave our home he knocks over the trash can scattering all of the garbage across the house, he also hides trash in our blankets, under the couch and even in our beds. Buddy also constantly barks if anyone new comes into the house and then he begins to pee on everything again marking his territory. Buddy’s actions are killing my love life being that my boyfriend lives in Pocatello Idaho which is four hours away from Boise which is where we reside. Buddy will never have a chance to get to know him well enough to not bark at him all night. On top of killing my love life we have one of the cutest houses on the entire block, but we can never host a party or have guests without also renting a carpet cleaner along with some ear plugs. I have been an avid watcher of your show and I have seen you work magic with other pets like Buddy. Can you help us? We are in the United States and I understand that you are mainly in the UK, but we desperately need your help.
Ear and noses plugged in Idaho,
Erica Slayton

Just wondering what that I can put on her or how to treat her with the pups. I have found several ticks on the pups and the momma. I pull them off but they keep getting more. What can I do.

My neighbors dogs are about 20 ft from my bedroom window. Many nights the dogs bark and keep me awake. The pin which they are in is between MY privacy fence and their house. We have asked them numerous times to do something. Once they moved them to the other side of their trailer but they moved them back shortly. We have threatened to call the cops but they would not do anything even if we did (we already checked). What should we do? Some of them are muts and some are pit bulls.
