My dog just had puppies about three weeks ago, and I'm not sure when to give them solid food. I've looked at a couple of websites, but they never said when to feed them solid food.

My dog recently got put to sleep, and my mom said we could get another. We only want a small dog, NOT medium, or big. Any ideas?

She also pulls all the pillows off the couch. I feel like she is too old to crate. We have tried the bitter spray and that does not help. Any Advise?

As soon as she hears it, she runs outside and starts howling. A lot of other dogs in the area do the same. Does anyone know a reason why?

Its summer time you all ! Your pet can have a heat stroke, heat exuation, the most two accidental death rates with animals, dehydration,(not enough water) all this can happen within 2 hours or less. Please if your pet is in the sun move it too the shade.Dont keep it there. In 90 degree weather or above keep your pets inside at all times.Make sure your pet has enough to drink. If it drinks nothing for more than 2 hours get the pet to a vet. That is a sign of trouble. You your self also need to drink plenty of water.I was on a trip with my youth group on the way to minnesota and it was really hot...well I had to do First Aid an my friend cause he suffered a heat stroke. We had to pick him up from the hospital after the mission trip was over. Please be careful , when you see someone who is pail take them in rather they like it or not.

Our Papillon is 5 months old. He used to be very good at coming when called. Now when he is in trouble he will run away from us. If it's time to go outside or go in his crate he will react the same way. He also has a hard time listening unless there's a treat involved. Any advice? Thanks!

I recently got a terrier puppy, and she is now 3 months old. I have never had a problem with her growling until yesterday. I gave her a chew bone when she went into her crate. As I always do, I petted her before leaving but this time she growled at me. Is this normal behavior? Is it best to "leave sleeping dogs lie" and never touch her while giving her a treat/food? We've never given her any reason to think we would take away her food, and she's never been like this before. Any suggestions? I just don't want her get into the habit of growling when I try to pet her, but I also don't want to agitate her.

I'v been trying to train him for about 2 months but he doesn't seem to learn.
