Just had puppies born tonight 7 of them and 4 has little stubby tails and 3 has long tails like mom. She got out one day chasing a stranger out of our yard at 4 am in the morning and came back 1 1/2 days later prego.

Excess levels of gas may be fatal to dogs by causing blockages in the gastrointestinal system. Are steam-cooked beans, by causing the above mentioned symptom, potentially dangerous to dogs?

I have a one year old Maltipoo. He got Maltese hair and Poodle size (tall). My nephew said he look so evil because he got a husky eye.
Sometime he's so nice but sometime he just snaped @ me for no reason and his face turned to scary face, he've been doing that every often. What should I do? what wrong with him? I asked the animal control and they said sometime I should snap it back and show him who is the boss but I'm scare he have bright and big teeth. infont of the animal control officer he's such a sweet boy...what's a evil.

I am a new dog owner....I got her as a x-mas present from my bf and she wasn't fixed b/c it was intended that she have puppies but we haven't found a mate for her yet.........so, she is on "heat" this month and I just want to know how long it will last...sorry if this is grossing anyone out....

I will be getting a female Chihuahua puppy in 2008, and was wondering what I should include on my checklist. For example, whether they're wormed, KC registered, have insurance, have had their jabs, how much the jabs cost, expenses other than the actual price of the dog etc.
I just want to make sure I have the finances and health of the dog all sorted or ready to sort when I get her.
